Review: I purchased a dress from Sexy Creations on October 6th 2012. I choose the standard 5-8 day processing time but my item still hadn't been shipped 13 days later. I needed the dress for a particular event and wasn't going to receive it in time. I asked for the order to be cancelled and to be refunded. I was told the the dress had been intercepted and not shipped and that I would shortly be receiving a refund. 6 months later and after more than 30 emails back and forth of promising to resolve the issue I have still not received any product from sexy creations or a refund for my purchase.Desired Settlement: I would like the full amount of the original transaction either returned to my credit card or in check form.

We do not participate in pay-for-play organizations such as the Revdex.com. Any issues that need to be resolved will be done by communicating directly with our customers. While I have no doubt this too will be satisfactorily resolved, it must be said that the Revdex.com had absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with said resolution ... no matter how much they will try to take credit.

[I came to the Revdex.com as a last resort. Obviously if Sexy Creations resolved things directly with their customers this wouldn't still be an issue after 7 months and 30 emails back and forth.]

Review: On April 18, 2013 I placed an online order for an item of clothing for my wife's birthday. The total amount paid for the order was $40.39. The shipping was $8.00 making the order total $48.39. I used my bank (debit) card ane This amount was debited from my checking account on April 22, 2013.After several weeks of waiting and being given no shipping or tracking information for the order, I attemped to e-mail the company and finally told that they would check on the status of the order. I was finally told that the order had shipped. Several more weeks passed and after waiting for a response, I was told they would trace the order. Several more weeks passed and I had heard nothing. After several attempts, they said they would look into it. I finally requested that they cancel the order and refund my money and so far they have ignored me. The last time they told me they would check on it was July 29, 2013. I have heard nothing from them since. It has now been over four months since I place the order and to date, they have not indicated that they would resolve this problem.Desired Settlement: I would simply like to have them refund the 48.39

A check refund was issued for this order some time ago. we'll check our records to see if it has cleared. If it has we will forward a copy to the customer. If it hasn't we'll issue a new one. Either way, any communication required to resolve this complaint will be sent directly to the customer. It would be a violation of our privacy policies to provide anything more specific to a third party ... especially a pay-for-play organization like the Revdex.com.

Thank you for the response. Again, I apologise for being unable to access your response to my complaint. As I said in my last e-mail, I was having trouble with my computer and the brouser would not connect to the Internet.

I read the the company's response to your letter. I have not, as of this date, received a refund of any kind, either in the form of a paper check or an electronic check card credit back to my checking account. I have not even received and apology or the offer of a credit toward other merchandise.

They still owe me the merchandise I ordered or a refund of $48.39.

I know I said before that we don't share information with third-party organizations, but there are some falsehoods in this customers last statement that must be addressed.

1. He states that he has not been apologized to yet I have found emails to him where he has been apologized to both repeatedly and profusely.

2. He states that he was not offered a credit toward other merchandise yet I have found our last email to him that offered exactly that.

We last heard from him at the end of July to which we sent two responses ... The first said we'd check in with the warehouse for the latest info. The second one included yet another apology, what was determined to have happened to the original shipment, that the item he requested had since sold out and, since the item couldn't be replaced, an offer to either refund or use the original purchase price towards a different item. No response has been received so we thought he was possibly waiting for something he liked.

This could have been resolved much earlier if he had simply responded to our last email. However, since he has chosen you to be the communication middle man, we have no choice but to go against our better judgement and tell him through you that a refund will be issued in 2 parts (merchandise and shipping costs get processed separately).
