This is in regards to billing and service. The sales page is ***. It was not clear that it's a mandatory 3 months. *** I have not received all of the membership perks I was promised. I used the contact form on the member page on several occasions and never received a response. *** On Sep 13, 2018 I sent a message as I couldn't add a line to the accountability partner program. On Sep 21, 2018 as I hadn't been added to the member *** page I still haven't been. I had sent a friend request on Sep 12th. Oct 8, 2018 to inquire about canceling. I then replied to an email with my invoice on Oct 12 and got a response on Oct 15th saying I couldn't cancel. I responded with my concerns above expecting a response or resolution within the promised 72 hours but have received no response to date. *** For my $75 I received a welcome video and access to a member page.
I *** want a refund of at least my second month but am apparently locked in for 3 months. I do feel that the wording on the sales page *** confusing. *** I would like access to the promised services ***. I would like acknowledgement of the lack of timely customer service and the lack of *** willingness to make things right.
People need to know that as soon as you sign their agreement, it's a 3 month contract. They will not for any reason let you cancel after you have signed and entered your credit card information. Email replies are very slow. DO NOT sign up to this unless you are prepared to spend $70+ per month for a commitment (CONTRACT) of 3 months. They do not make any exceptions, they say
