My spouse and I tried to rent a home through this company and were lied to, harassed and then had our credit attacked. We put a hold on a home but never signed the lease after 1)realtor failed to keep several appts to go over and sign lease which meant we spent several more days paying for a hotel room instead of moving into the home while she vacationed in the mountains. 2) We decided not to sign the lease after it was revealed to us that the realtor planned on keeping the house up for sale and reserved the right to bring prospective buyers over at anytime without notice. All of this was something she had verbally told us would not be happening.3) we had already spent time and money connecting utilities for a move in date that just kept being postponed due to her vacation and flakiness.4) she badmouthed us to local realtors so we couldn't easily find a rental afterwards (small town).5) She called my command at work and had me hauled in for a meeting. Thankfully command had my back in the situation.5) Then she attacked our credit!
