Horrible Customer Service...We hired Gary S*** to perform the closing of our home that we were selling The Paralegal (Nancy) forgot about our scheduled appointment at 10am to sign closing paperwork She walked into the office at 10:15am and asked who we were, and when we told her, she told us to leave and go and grab coffee, because the file was not ready yet We told her that we did not have a lot of time, and that we would wait She then came downstairs minutes later, and she stated that the file was locked in Attorney Gary S*** Office Finally, Attorney S*** arrived, walking into the office whistling loudly, and singing random songs We signed our paperwork and leftWhile waiting for the inspections and appraisals, the buyers were not sticking to the contingency dates that were in the contract, and several calls to S*** were not returned Attorney S*** would never call us back, and the paralegal Nancy was the only person that we could ever speak with It seemed as if Nancy never wrote anything down, she forgot everything, and would not follow up with any of our concernsWe finally got Attorney S*** on the phone after multiple calls due to issues with the buyers not adhering to our set dates listed in the contract, and we were worried that the buyer's were not going to honor the agreed upon closing date listed in our contract S*** then advised us that he had worked out a deal with the buyer's attorney, stating that if we waived all contingency dates, that the closing would happen as agreed As our Attorney, we were satisfied with this, because sticking to the closing date was our main concernEventually, the closing date came and went, without a single phone call from the Attorney, despite multiple emails and calls to the Attorney as to the status of our home sale S*** finally called my wife and yelled at her on the phone, asking her what she wanted My wife expressed our concerns, and he continued to be very rude and unprofessional At that time, we terminated his services and hired a new Attorney S*** then sent multiple emails to his paralegal Nancy and to our new Attorney, and added me as a recipient In these emails, he made a point to bash my wife and his true colors came outDo not hire this Attorney, you will regret it...Very unprofessional, Very Rude..and I would question the validity of the Paralegel Nancy

Review: I met with [redacted] 2yrs ago. He was very excited to take my case. He suggested that we do a barter. My husband does work for him & they would take care of our case. My husband did what was asked but, it took me about a year to get in touch with [redacted] & when I finally did he was very short with me & swore. He never made any effort to meet up with myself & my husband. Next, thing I know we get a letter from him saying he could not help us. So now my case has been delayed over a year, out money that my husband should have gotten for the work completed & a check from the insurance company that I can no longer cash because he had told me to hold off on it.Desired Settlement: I want them to take care of my situation as [redacted] and his assistant [redacted] said they would.
