To whom this may concern, In response to complaint on [redacted] Moving Company 10/27/2016 ID [redacted] On 9/30/2016 and then again on 10/06/2016 Mr. [redacted] hired [redacted] moving to load a U-haul truck he rented, drive it to a U-haul storage facility unload the truck of his belongings into 2...

storage rooms he rented. Mr [redacted] hired us for 2 Men/ 2 Hours of moving service I instructed Mr. [redacted] the 2men 2hour is a contract with u-haul and if he needs us for more time in would be $75.00 an Hour for 2 men to stay on the job he indicated that was fine. We loaded the truck went and unloaded then went back to the original address loaded some more and took those belongings to another location simply put 3 ½ hours more time added on to the original amount. As this was the end of the month move we could tell he was in a hurry to move out, he even mentioned he was being evicted and had a bad attitude and words/ names for his landlord. We were given the rush along from the customer as if he was in a hurry to get out quick like the landlord could arrive at any time! In that pressure atmosphere we worked quickly took the back door off as it was a small door for the double door refrigerator washer and dryer to go out, we normally do not unhook the washer and dryer we do not normally take refrigerator doors off because of the high risk of things going wrong [ WE ARE MOVING MEN/WORKERS, NOT APPLIANCE SPECIALISTS we do not carry the specific instructions on how to remove the doors and other parts and when the customer signs off on the move, they have accepted ALL responsibility for requests the customer makes in a hurry, for us to get the move accomplished], yet he was begging us to, “please get my refrigerator washer and dryer out the door.” and adding statements like, “the guys who moved me in had no problem”, [? Why didn't he hire them again? if they were so good?] He said, “I have to get out of here today or the landlord will charge me more!” He gave us the guilt trip over and over how he owned and ran a bar for years?? and why are you telling us this? It made sense later as it became clear where he was coming from. “He complained about putting his cat and dog in pet boarding and how that was going to cost an arm and a leg, he complained about the temporary week by week apartments we moved him into, how it was outrageous, the prices, so I had a feeling we were going to be complained about next no matter how much work we did or how good we were, but I didn't think he would go to these extremes to hurt my company. I meet and work for many variety of people and personalities daily and have over the last 8 years in this capacity, Moving furniture, in that amount of time, I have been fraud-ed 5 times no pay even when we did all of the many hours of work, once after 16 hours of work I was greeted by the customer with a pistol in my face saying,” he would blow my head off if we did not leave now!” NO MONEY no pay for our 16 hours of hard work. We went above and beyond the call of duty for Mr. [redacted] and it is very clear to me he is trying to get the money back, get a free move as he feels it cost too much. I am sad for him having cancer, that was another way he was telling us of all of his medical issues and bills to manipulate the amount of money he would spend for this move. But this is a business and we get paid fair market value for our services rendered. Knowing days before the move how much he would initially pay, then pay extra for more time, all spelled out for him and he acknowledged in word and agreement by hiring us, he could have said no and hired another moving company. When we arrived we started loading the truck and I saw a vacuum in many pieces on the floor, [the rainbow vacuum he is talking about] I asked him what was with that? Is he going to box it up so no parts are lost? He said I will deal with that, yet he never did. So in the hurry up atmosphere he made, we loaded it later in parts, as it was. I can NOT take a customer’s word that we broke something when it looked broken before we touched it, then after the move they claim we broke it, WRONG! Nor do we have the time to check and test every item that they are all working, so we go about doing our job loading/moving/unloading the customer's belongings on faith, the honor system, that the customer will not try to claim [lie] that we broke something after the move that they broke or was broken before we touched it. That is known as, “getting a broken item paid for in full.” So he can go get a new one. This man is trying to get money back and a new rainbow vacuum, it is clear to me now, he did it to me on the end of the second move for him, he said I helped you move things, don't I get some money off? Then I said I will give you $10.00 off for your help and $20.00 for re-hiring my company a total of $30.00 cash back. Another way we gave and went above and beyond for this customer who in turn viciously attacked us on our reviews for other customers to see and now is going to you the Revdex.com he has to be stopped! This is illegal what he is doing! Also, there are statements of of agreement in the hiring of this company on our website that state you assume all responsibility and realize things can go wrong at which time some agreement by both parties be made, I attempted to do that with this customer and was hung up on. I offered a settlement of $100.00 with him but was hung up on. I run a business here I don't have time to chase down people saying bad things about us. Anyone at anytime could jump up and say bad things even if we do everything right. When I make an offer to help a customer where I feel we did wrong and they hang up on me, I will not pursue it Any further. What we did wrong was not stand on our policy of: not taking apart any appliances, ever, for anyone nor any reason. And never! No disconnection of gas lines ie.- gas stove or gas dryer Yet another way we went above and beyond to help this customer get out quick and not pay more money to the big bad landlord. So this man continues to harass my company and even though I don't have the time for it, I am responding because he was offered recompense yet hung up on me? What do you do with that? But he is adding salt to the wound he has made by writing this review: And posting it on my website for all to see, when I was politely trying to work it out with him? This blatant attack on my company is published for all the world to see, is that anyway to handle a matter? He says he was a business man, this is no way to handle matters, but worse, a strange thing happened my dad crashed and totaled his car and my concern was on him yet for days Mr. [redacted] would call and leave angry messages, even after I told him something bad was going on. His lack of patience has led us here and his persistent stalking has to stop or he will be arrested. When contact them they tried to blame everything on me. I would not recommed this company anymore This was spiteful and done with malice on Mr. [redacted]'s part to give us a 1 star for all of our service even after I told him I would contact him and pay him $100.00, then to contact the Revdex.com and further complain about these little issues, If Mr. [redacted] wants, I will hand this all over to my attorney, nasty voice messages and all and he will get the drama he is looking for. If He keeps up the harassment's, threatening phone messages and attempts to smear this, my company's name. A family emergency arose where I had to rush to the hospital My dad totaled his car and spent days in the hospital I could not break away and go pay Mr. [redacted] I even had to send other workers to do scheduled moves. So he jumped up and wrote this review, instead of patiently giving me a chance to meet him and days later he went back to U-haul and complained and lied about me threatening him? to all who would listen to him, they know me there and have for 8 years so the manager called and we talked he said I knew he was lying, the things he was saying about you, we have known you for many years and to handle things calmly. The manager even saw us loading the mans belongings into the storage stopped and laughed with us for minute the day we moved Mr. [redacted] into the storage. This man is an actor and up on his soap box feels he can lie and say incriminating statements about me and my company, My Attorney will teach him otherwise. Then when I called to explain myself I offered the $100.00 yet was hung up on, I am professional and don't appreciate being lied about as he said, I said some bad words and whatever he wrote. Not true I said he was crazy as he was saying he wants the whole amount back after 2- 5 plus hour moves for him totaling $722.02 that he doesn't even consistently stay with in his Revdex.com complaint in the customer's statement of the problem he writes $ 782.00 then at the bottom wants a full refund for all service, we worked hard to produce for him of $720.00? The actual total was $ 722.02 so it is clear he lies easily and has his facts wrong. Not to mention I looked into the cost of what we discussed $63.50 parts and labor so my offering $100.00 was very generous. And as for the already broken rainbow vacuum, we DO NOT pay for things we had nothing to do with. But, in our short conversation were I tried to remedy this matter I explained,” My dad was in a bad car accident,” and I was hung up on, I did not threaten that man as he has said. I told him I had a family emergency and could not make it. I owe this man nothing further as I was grieving he was plotting to attack my company, I have several, 8 to be exact, voice mail messages where [redacted] say's “Hi [redacted] with spite, the refrigerator will cost this much and the vacuum will cost this much! My name is Patrick [redacted] and he is fully aware of that, yet with hate in his voice said it again and again on message after message calling me by my last name as if he was disgusted with me and going to do something about it? I have them saved and the tone and attitude in his voice, it will be very clear to my attorney and this case, this man is a stalker and if he harasses myself or this company any further he will be served a restraining order and court time where it will be proved he needs some jail time.
