Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.THe person on the phone NEVER mentioned you accept credit cards and your machine went downShe simply said that you DONT and never have accepted cardsIf what you are saying is true.....why didnt you simply fix your credit card machine or replace it? It is quite simple and I really find it hard to believe that you dont acept cards from your business customersAlso....even if your card reader machine went down, you would still have had the capabilities to take my card number and manually submit itI think you are clearly NOT telling the truth and employed bait and switch on 1st telling me on your written quote proposal that you DO accept cards and conveniently just told me when I tried to pay ....that you dont and never have accepted cards! And as far as the customer satisfaction on the driveway job.....your company on several times made commitments on doing the job on specific dates and simply never showed up resulting in the job being dragged out over several weeks between the fixing the holes....sealing cracks and then finally sealing Regards, [redacted]

September 21, 2016ID# [redacted] To whom it may concern,We can appreciate your frustration regarding your concerns arising from your phone call to SeyrekSealers on 9/20/regarding payment options for work that was completed on your driveway.We do offer credit card as a payment option, however, a few weeks back our credit card machine wentdown and we cannot accept that form of payment at this timeWe explained this to you and also gaveyou the option to pay by cash and we could offer a discount or the other option would be to contactyour bank and request a bank check for paymentYou did not want to do what was suggested by ouroffice.We also completed three jobs (patching, crack fill & sealing) for you and there was absolutely nocomplaint on the work performedThe issue became apparent when it came to paying for the jobcompleted.Your input, and the feedback from all of our customers is vitally important to us and we always wantcustomer expectations to be met.Thank you for taking the time to bring your concerns to our attention.Sincerely,Seyrek Sealers

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint This was a miscommunication between our estimator and our newest employee, Abe, mentioned in the complaint In previous years, when we booked lawn services at residential homes that were not within a certain number of miles from our office location, an additional fee MAY have been quoted, which was conveyed to Abe from our estimator (not our owner) Abe thought he was following instructions when he told this customer that there would be an additional fee involved due to his location, but he was mistaken This year, our mailing was sent out to previous customers all over our County, with a quoted price, and no mention of a higher rate due to locationTherefore, our owner, John Seyrek instructed Abe and our other office staff to disregard any pricing information that he receives past or future from our estimation team, and of course honor all prices which were quoted on our flyer We have called this client back, offered the pricing that was on our flyer, and an additional discount due to the miscommunication This client has now booked this service with our company, and the Revdex.com can be assured that this issue will not arise again Thank You, Seyrek Sealers

Dear ***, In response to your recent complaint regarding the rescheduling of your driveway sealingPlease note that the following dates were canceled by you: 08/15/17, 08/23/17, and 09/05/ ***, as you know the weather has not been very cooperative as we have been fighting a very rainy season We do require a certain amount of time in order for your driveway to completely dry if it doesn't completely dry and it does rain the sealer will wash away and perhaps spray on your home This is why we were not able to seal on 09/05/because rain was in the forecast that evening and we didn't want to take a chance We are very sorry we were unable to contact you that day as it was a holiday weekend and the office was closedWe strive very hard to satisfy each and every one of our customers Being said, we are still interested in meeting your driveway needsWe appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience due to weather conditions and scheduling issues Please contact our office @ [redacted] if you are still interested and we'll be happy to add you to our scheduleThank you for your time, John S***/S [redacted] Sealers, LLC

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused Ms [redacted] We have this request on our list for this work, but have never received the authorization for the work to be completedWe have searched our call logs from all secretaries in the office, and none have received any calls in our office to have this work approvedWe have secretary's in our office answering phones, and we have no record of these multiple calls that were indicated to be madeThis complaint is the first time that we were aware of any issuesNone of our secretaries would have hung up on our customers, We are more than happy to come out and provide the services that have been requested at the prices of $for the Lawn Rolling, $for the Core Aeration along with the 10% off discount , and the $(plus 8% Sales Tax) for the sealing of the drivewayIf Ms [redacted] would like to have this work completed, she may contact our office at ###-###-#### and ask for the Office Manager [redacted] to get this work scheduled.Thank you and again, we apologize for any inconvenience or hardship this may have caused

This is a continuation of a complaint of a few weeks agoA representative of S*** called on 8/and said they would seal my driveway on Sunday (9/3/17) weather permittingIt was rainy in the amon Sunday and cleared up in the pmbut my drive was still wet in spotsI called S*** Sunday
night and left a message on their voice box saying I was going to be gone all day Monday(Labor Day) and asking if they were doing driveways thenI received a call Monday morning(9/4) @8am from Paul saying that they had pushed all of Sunday's jobs to Monday and that they would definitely be at my house on Monday to seal my drivewayA relative and I took a day trip and were gone almost hrson MondayWhen I got home @ 4pm I saw that my drive was still not doneI waited a few hrsand then left a message on their voice box about how disappointed I was that they had again promised to seal the drive and once again did not show upI will not use this company again

While to some extent we appreciate Seyrek honoring the ad offer that we agreed to by phone with ***, the apology is lacking a lotIn Seyrek's apology they are essentially calling me, the customer, a liar, defending ***'s lack of professionalism and totally denying the fact she hung up the phone(ieI do have times for each of these phone calls & the person I spoke with.) Until the apology acknowledges the true wrongs that occurred, I, regrettably, will not give my money/business to Seyrek and will continue on the path of making this known through social mediaIt was also quite clear in talking with *** on May 6, that she confirmed our order.
