Mr*** placed an order with a billing address in *** and shipping address to *** We contacted and left a voicemail for the customer to call us back regarding the order he placed for each of the next daysWe did not hear back from himWe did not get any voicemail from Mr*** as stated by the customer in the Revdex.com filingAfter a week if we do not hear back from the customer, we would automatically cancel the order and refund the money back to the customerIn this case we refunded the money $1,back to the customer on August 18, When Mr*** talked to Min around August 19th, it was after the order was canceledIt normally takes 3-business days for the money to show on the credit card accountYou can call your credit card company to verify this
I hope Mr*** understand everything we are doing is to protect him from fraudulent order using his credit card wronglyPlease, let him know if he still wants to place the order to contact us at XXX-XXX-XXXX and we would be more than happy to take his order and ship to him

I have no problem if a business wants to verify a transaction BEFORE they charge my cardThis business really abused the process, and also does not tell the truth, as I called back EVERY time I got a voicemail from them and left a voicemail on their system as I never reached a live person during their business hoursIn the online tracking I saw also that more than a quarter of my order was backordered, but they charged the entire order and then did not ship it at allI believe that they refunded my money only AFTER I filed my Revdex.com complaint, which fits with the timing I observedSo the conclusion is, unresponsive, abusive charging of my card, and only issued a refund after the Revdex.com complaintThank you Revdex.com, at least I got my money back

Thank you Revdex.com for your intervention which was key in achieving an acceptable resolution

The order was received on time. However, I believe they substituted a different cable than I had ordered. I had ordered a male VGA to HDMI conversion. I got a cable that did not fit. Since I could not prove what I had ordered I am out of luck on the shipping. Not what I would call 100% satisfaction. I would not order from them again.
