My name is Boris Polissky and I took over SF City Hall Photo business in March [redacted] from it's previous owner Michael Burton.  Emerson Kim has not been part of the company since end of year [redacted]. I am a new owner of this business and have had no interaction with Emerson.

communication I had with [redacted] (who filed the complaint) on June 4th when she emailed me from sfcityhallphoto.com website briefly explaining her issue.  I replied the same day explaining who I was and that Emerson has disappeared for everyone while owing money to various people and leaving several unresolved customer issues.  I explained that when I acquired the company in March [redacted] I had no idea of any of this issues but  have helped few clients to get their images. I said I will try to find out who their videographer was and since Emerson is not responding to anyone I will hope the videographer has raw footage of her wedding. In the meantime I suggested filing a claim with SF DA office and a police report against Emerson Kim.  I provided all information including forms. [redacted] responded understanding the issue and thanking me for responding.  She also said she will file with the DA and will wait further update from me.  
I was able to track down the videographer who shot who wedding and talked to her.  Unfortunately right after the wedding the videographer gave all her SD cards to Emerson.  I sent [redacted] an update on June 10 with this update and again encouraging to file with SF DA as they were able to get a response from Emerson.  
 
I totally understand Sara's frustration and have been trying to help her to best of my abilities considering I have no involvement in the business till 3 months ago.  I wish I could do more to retrieve the video but I have no access to Emerson's data and I have no direct access to him either.  I strongly encouraged her to go through SF DA as the only chance I can think of forcing the video out of Emerson.   This specific claim is against Emerson Kim, not against me as a new owner of SF City Hall Photo.  I can send proof of ownership if needed.  Thank you.
