Review: With in S.F. Supermarket there is a furniture store. We ordered furniture and they are not giving us our order or our money back.
My family ordered furniture from a furniture store located within S.F supermarket. We ordered the items in June and since have been waiting on them. The man who sold us the items is named [redacted] He has been telling us our order is on back order since JULY 6 and I have been waiting for months to get it. We ordered a buffet hutch and coffee table and put down a deposit. The deposit was for $650.00. We paid in cash for the deposit. The items we ordered totaled up to $850.00 and we made a deposit of $650 dollars. We were going to pay the rest when we pick up our item, but we have seen nothing. The items were to come in from China, but we have not received them. We ordered the items on June 6 and it was suppose to take 3-4 weeks and we contacted him several times. Since lately he has not return our calls or text. The only time we could talk to him is if we go to his store directly. His contact number is a cell phone number XXX-XXX-XXXX.Desired Settlement: I would like our deposit back of $650.00 or the items we ordered by the end December of 2013.

The company claimed that our order was to be delivered after Dec. 26, but he contacted us in regards to the China buffet. He claimed he forgot to order it and he will not do a refund for the item that he forgot to order.

company states the consumer is waiting for them to deliver a china hutch that they order in place of the table that was delivered and refused.

We ordered a round table and they delivered an oval table that was the wrong color. So, we returned it, but he would give us our money back. So, we ordered a coffee table and a china hutch for order #[redacted]. Those things were supposed to be delivered to us by Christmas.
If we do not get our order by 01/31/14 we will take him to small claims court and the Bureau of Home Furnishings.
