Highly recommend SF5, they were very professional and very helpful with dealing with my insurance company on two sepereate roof replacements.

I was in no rush to pick a general contractor to help with fixing up my home after hail damage and some things I just wanted to upgrade. After vetting many contractors I decided to go with SF5 construction. Very happy that I did because the work was fast and spot on from what I was told. Very happy customer and would use them again without hesitation.

SF5 is a cut above the rest, not only were they able to replace my roof and add adequate ventilation but they were also able to repair water damage to my drywall and repainted. I also had them rebuild my fence which was in dire need. I would strongly recommend SF5 for any issues you might be having!

The Town of Little Elm offered an incentive to those of us whose brick mailboxes were tilting over due to soil movement - they would pay half the cost but we had to use a town approved contractor. I contacted all that were on the list, only heard back from three of them. I called all three and talked to them about it and chose SF5 Consturction and General Contracting. They were not the lowest priced but in the end I believe I got a better product. The work was done in one day on the day promised and I love my new mailbox.

I also had this same company inspect my roof after a bad storm a few years ago to see if it needed to be replaced as it was the original roof. It was inspected and I was told that it was probably good for a few more years.There was absolutely none of the hard sell I tend to get because I am a woman living alone. I appreciated the honesty and integrity of SF5 Construction.
