SF5 Construction and General Contracting

I have referred SF5 Construction and General Contracting to many of my real estate clients throughtout the years for roof inspections, repairs and replacements and general contracting jobs. Everyone has been pleased with Jake and his crew's work and have never complained about anything concerning SF5 Construction. I have found him to be an honest business owner and I appreciate his responsiveness and the good workmanship that shows on all of the jobs he has done for my clients and for me, personally. The Town of Little Elm offered an incentive to those of us whose brick mailboxes were tilting over due to soil movement - they would pay half the cost but we had to use a town approved contractorI contacted all that were on the list, only heard back from three of themI called all three and talked to them about it and chose SFConsturction and General ContractingThey were not the lowest priced but in the end I believe I got a better productThe work was done in one day on the day promised and I love my new mailbox I also had this same company inspect my roof after a bad storm a few years ago to see if it needed to be replaced as it was the original roofIt was inspected and I was told that it was probably good for a few more years.There was absolutely none of the hard sell I tend to get because I am a woman living aloneI appreciated the honesty and integrity of SFConstruction
