The Elica health center in West Sacramento is very unprofessional and should not be in businessWe continue to have issues with their staff and billingThe issue with staff is they are very inconsiderate to the disabled my mother who is wheelchair bound continues to wait at least an hour in the waiting room every visit which is very uncomfortable for a woman who suffers from semi paralysisOnce they even took her to the back into a room that was so small her wheelchair barely fit and there were blood and urine samples on the counter they called it a "vitals room" and we were sent back to the waiting roomThe billing issues continue to happen every time they don't collect our co-pay we receive a bill for $mine were resolved they claim that the wrong codes were used but for my husband they altered the bill and claim he asked questions that weren't covered by his insurance but I spoke to a supervisor that said those notes were no where in that visit so we were wrongfully charged
I am a time colon cancer survivor ....and am now battling prostate cancerThe people at elica have been calling my family and discussing my case with them...calling my family and discussing my appointments with them...basically discussing everything...there is no POA..what there is, is one person who is a friend of my family who is giving out my medical information against the LAW...I have recently complained...next stop the attorneys office!...I'am years old on SS
