These guys are straight up theives. I purchased chips for $14.99 because it says I’ll get $22,000,000 + 300% which comes it to $90,000,000 but I only got $11,000,000 this happens twice. I purchased the second time because I thought maybe I read it wrong the first time but I did not. Theses theives never replied to me when contacting them which tells me they are aware of what they are doing. This is plain thrift through false advertising. I will report them to get the app removed from the store and get the app suspended until they address this.
We are retired and my husband has loved to play Jackpot Party. He completely took over my Kindle Fire so I loaded it onto my iPhone. He has purchased coins from the company several times but now with a coin total of over 220 million it comes up but will not download the game on my Kindle. I have tried THREE times, to different email addresses, to contact SG about this but of course I get no reply. My husband wants me to try again to yet another email address, but after reading these reviews I think it would be in vain. I would not even give it one star if it does not work.
Hard to believe this scam company can even exist.
If anyone knows how to get this company listed on Yelp that would be helpful. I’m not too computer literate and I didn’t have luck trying to find the company to rate it. Yelp would get a lot more attention. A class action lawsuit would be great, but an attorney would probably hard pressed to take the case. The company is probably insulated pretty well.

Absolute rip-off company. I have now twice attempted to make a 10dollar purchase, no credit card is billed, but I did not receive the coins. Same story I have read several times on this website, too bad this crap-a***s company is not on Yelp where there is a lot more attention. Anyway, as usual, there is no one to call and no recourse to get my money back. I am going to file a report with the California Department of Consumers Affairs today and also the RevDex.com, however I’m not hopeful that anything will be done. It’s just a shame this company is still in operation, they need to be investigated.
Lastly, although the games are entertaining, it is such a rip-off, you won’t win, only goal for this lousy company is to sell more coins. Whatever happened to the old games that cost 20or 30 dollars on a one time fee and you always received free coins if you lost?
These people are criminals, all these reviews with the same problem leads me to believe that whoever is running this anonymous company needs to go to federal prison. Perhaps I will contact the FBI as well.

On August 9th, I attempted purchase a $99 gaming credit package. The Google payment app took my money but the SG Interactive game site never loaded my over $1.6 billion credits. I lodged a complaint with PayPal, but Google is claiming the transaction was completed. Therefore -- I am now out of $99. Just as soon as I play down my existing gaming credits, I will delete the app. SAD-- I have spent thousands of dollars over the years, so SGI can now have my $99 in lieu of them making more $'s ...
Okay, wow, I see I'm not the only one having issues with this game program. This morning I was playing Betty Boop slots, went into bonus round hit jackpot for over 81 million coins popping, but jackpot was never placed in my win column. I'm very disapointed.

SG interactive is a scamming site rigged to steal if you deposit and buy play money coins. I have lost 8000 dollares in 6 months and every time I buy coins slots pay nothing for months , takes up to 2 billion in coins to get a bonus on a slot . completely controlled and rigged blatantly can be proven its a scam.
Is anybody ready to get involved to start a class action lawsuit against this company? Many of us pay real money to pay for coins to play this game only to have it disappear. We get no response from the help desk. I’ve been trying for months. I usually get one response asking for info. I give it to them only never to hear from them again. They just ignore me. I tried to go into my account and it would not open. Therefore I thought maybe the problem was lack of memory so I cleaned out and also erased all my notifications without reading them and then I was able to enter the casino.
Although I was able to enter the casino the second time around, all of the games which I busted my butt playing for the last 14 hours were all wiped out and gone.
I made several purchases of $29.99 purchasing 200,000,000 at a time In order to getting to this point and busted my a***s opening game by game just to have you do this sort of thing to me and I am requesting you to put it back into my account ASAP!
You owe me 3 huge gifts which I was waiting to open of jackpots of over 2,000,000,000 billion credits and the other two of 600,000,000 or better.

I have screenshots that I took of my jackpots and I never uninstalled your program which would have been the only way to have lost all of this nor am I a fool to have done so with the 14 hours I played consecutive to get to this point therefore it is obvious that you did this on purpose.

yes it is a scam I can't find a number for them and I been calling all day to different companies but anyway I purchased some coins and it said payment was successful but I didn't get my coins nor a receipt like I normally do so I'm gonna just leave them alone because yes their getting rich off of us and I play for fun not for real money but I done payed a lot so I'm done. I agree. The same thing happened to us. We had over 33 billion on Sunday night March 11 and Monday morning there was only 2 million plus. Emails to SG Interactive since March 12th have gone unanswered. I think Google Play needs to be considered complicit for continuing to process the coin purchases.
Yesterday (Feb 21), at approximately 6:00 P.M, I went to my SG Quick Hit slots App on my iPad and to my shock found that my 2 billion 400 plus remaining point balance had been wiped out leaving me with a 1,753.809 balance. Quick Platinum Hit was the only slot open and the rest had been locked with a number over each game lock. I was wondering if my account funds could be recovered. That is a lot to lose and I have been supporting you steadily. Maybe with all the promotions you have been running lately there was a glitch in the system. I still have the last screen shots on my iPad. Afterwards I did play this app on another iPad and lost a 240,000,000 purchase. I quite sure that you will be able to have your tech staff find this emptying of my account in rapid order.and be able to restore my balance

I agree. SG interactive offers no help for jackpot party. I lost everything when they took over the game and I never got it back and when they updated the game last week I lost everything again and cannot get it back. When they updated I was at 175 games open now I am back to one. The daily bonus is back to one instead of the 50 or more days played. I feel like deleting the game.
I won 625,000,000 on U-Spin on SGINTERACTIVE I have also played several other games and seems consistent that these amounts for other jackpots that I was suppose to receive, I DID NOT RECEIVE THESE AMOUNTS! This company runs gaming aps on social media websites and other websites, as well as their own site.
They use bait and switch tactics, they have many thousands of complaints from their customers, on their users community pages. Yet, this company does nothing to resolve any problems and or help their users and paying customers.
SG interactive has taken over a online casino app called Jackpot Party Casino...this app has ended up making the vast majority of their players extremely mad....they have raised their min bets so high most players can only play a few mins. a day....their playouts are there for a short time then they're obviously turned off...all to get players to pay real money for their fake coins....a lot of players including myself...will win a large bonus and this app has it set to take the players off line then...and when return to the app the winnings are gone...there are so many complaints about this app and business to numerous to list here...but bottom line they're trying to force their players to buy their coins...by running a dishonest app..if you have any doubts...go online to jackpot party community and read the overwhelming complaints about this app
I agree with you. I cannot get any help on jackpot party. They did a update last week and I lost everything and cannot get any help. I had gotten up to 175 games open and over 50 days on daily bonus ALL GONE. This is not the first time this has happened. I should delete the Game.
