Professional, efficient, and affordable. They had an unexpected opening and prioritized our roof, as it was recently damaged in a storm. Clean-up was thorough. Owner came out to inspect the work afterward. I would highly recommend their services.

I recently had some siding issues and they immediately followed up and fixed what was needed without hesitation. S & G Roofing has earned our highest respect for being a premier company who tackled our very steep and complex roof. They arrived punctually on the scheduled date to prepare our home and landscaping with protective shielding the day prior to the installation.
The next day they arrived at 7 a.m. with 2 full crews to remove our old shingles and install the replacements. Every member of this remarkable crew was polite, professional, safety conscious, and focused. Seemingly indefatigable, they only broke for lunch and never stopped again until 8:45 p.m. They all were well-trained in their roles and anticipated the needs of their work mates.
Upon completion their cleanup operation left our property in pristine condition.
The ever-present supervisors must be commended for their professional, superbly orchestrated masterpiece, our perfect new roof.

S&G Roofing FAILED Code Inspection after a NEW roof installation and demanded full payment. They would not listen to me. (Sorry homeowner) Code enforcement required them to come back. Then they got a pass on an installation requirement from the manufacturer for the new roof.
I asked for a new roof w a certain shingle and they did not provide. After some fixes I paid them through a lawyer to get the mechanical lien lifted.
They placed a mechanical lien on my house when they could not pass an inspection. HORRIBLE

This company is one of the best I have ever used> They came and did what was proposed
to be done in a professional and expert manner. They cleaned up and made sure that all of my important fixtures were covered so nothing was disturbed or broken.
The price was well within the range I would have expected to pay and would diffidently use them again if I need any roofing jobs done in the future.

They did a fantastic job, even under hot and terrible conditions. The roof looks great and you could not even tell they had been here. We are pleased all around.

With a crew of 7 had the roofing job for a four bedroom colonial finished in nine hours. Professional job! They certainly knew what they were doing compared to the roof installed by the builder 20 years ago. Ice and water paper on all edges, valleys and against walls. Thoroughly cleaned the job site when finished. One minor installation flaw in a ridge vent identified by me and fixed within 8 hours. Reliable and they stand by their work. Fifty year warranty available for a modest price. Never have to be concerned about my roof again. Highly recommended by me.

S&G Roofing exceeded our expectations in replacing our asphalt roof with a standing seam metal roof. Prior to meeting Paul (our project/sales manager), we spent 2 months meeting with potential contractors who either didn't call us back, provide any detail to support their quote or explain the many material options for a metal roof. What sets S&G (Paul) apart is they treat each project as a true project (time, material, cost). After meeting with Paul, we were presented with a draft detailed contract to review and consider. Once we signed the contract, we picked a mutually agreed upon start date and expected duration (4-5 consecutive days). Paul explained in detail what would take place each day, setting our expectations from the start. The executed contract was well laid out with no hidden fees nor obscure terms. All was clearly itemized with cost and material for each phase of the project (demolition, repair, install). The demolition and installation teams started promply on the start date and proceeded each day as expected and Paul provided updates along the way. We took Paul's advice and made sure to be there from the beginning to inspect any substructure damage to ensure that the new roof wasn't covering up any dry rot damage. All issues were addressed and we feel confident that the entire roof structure will last 50+ years. The only delay encountered was 2 days due to rain and addressing excessive dry rot issues, however they managed to make up time and completed within the expected 5 days. The team checked off all items along the way and we never had to remind them of anything; the workmanship was top notch. Prior to signing the contract, Paul explained the variations in metal roofing, answered all our questions and addressed any concerns. He was very responsive via phone and text. Without a doubt, we made the right choice with S&G to manage such a big investment in our home.

Had a "total reroofing" of a flat roof on an income property I have. A difficult job but S & G did an excellent job. Sukhdev, Paul and there entire work crew were professional, knowledgeable and gentlemen. I was very impressed by there work ethic and attention to detail. My wife and I were looking for a reliable roofer and after doing extensive research we decided to get estimates from three different roofing companies. Out of the three different companies we met with S&G Roofing was not only the least expensive, but by far the most professional. I met with Paul L. who was very knowledgeable and explained to me exactly what needed to be done and did not try and upsell me into something that wasn't necessary. The crew that did the work were polite and respectful and left our property in the same condition as when they first came to our house. They were truly efficient. In the past when dealing with contractors they were very poor at returning phone calls and showing up on time. S&G would always get back to me quickly and showed up on time. Without a doubt, I would recommend S&G Roofing to anyone who asked.

We had a major roof leak cause inside damage to our home this winter. Having worked with multiple contractors (of varying reliability and quality) on other home projects, my husband and I were dreading the roof replacement process on so many levels. S&G Roofing was a godsend! Suki and Paul were not only responsive, they are true experts that were extremely helpful and generous with their time. They supported us through the insurance claim process, tarped our roof when I was worried about continuing rain, and provided large shingle samples and addresses where we could see roof colors "live". Their crew worked so hard and efficiently without cutting any corners. The clean-up after installation was virtually impeccable. We can't say enough about their knowledge, professionalism, and execution of a very complicated project. They will be repairing our inside ceiling and wall damage now as well. Honestly, we are looking at all other home projects we have lined up and will give any business we can first to S&G Roofing because of the trust they've earned from us. Highly, highly recommend!
