SG Waterproofing & Crack Repair

The following companies have come to my home? [redacted] , [redacted] , [redacted] , [redacted] , and [redacted] ? (Structural Engineer) ? [redacted] ? and [redacted] ? gave me bids on repairing the crack originally done by SG? The other companies as well as the Structural Engineering instructed me verbally to contact SG and have him correct the repair that he previously had done? I have attached copies of the bids received and pictures of the crack that needs repairing originally done by SG? I have more pictures if they are needed

She did call me about it before, she said she's trying to sell her house and people are seeing the crackThe surface seal can crack, it's cosmeticThe injection urethane in the wall is flexible and hasn't openedThe crack isn't leakingI asked her many times and she said the crack is not
leakingUnder the terms of her waterproofing warranty, the cosmetic fix is not covered because there is no leakI told her I would come out and reseal the surface crack so that it's less noticeable, however there would be a $chargeI've attached my warranty outlining the termsThe last time I spoke to this customer, she told me to "forget it" so I didn't know there was still an issue.

When I made by business response on 10/I included a copy of my warranty which states I did a waterproofing repair not a structural repairShe has stated that this crack is not leakingI told her that if she had any problems with the looks of it then I could do a cosmetic repair and that comes with a priceAt that point she got mad and told me to forget about it and hung up on meI did not call her backThe builder has a year structural warrantyIf she has structural damage she may need to reach out to them

On June 5th the builder sent me out to make a repair on her houseThe next time I spoke with her she said in her own words that it is not leaking and also informed the Revdex.comThis was a waterproofing repairWhen I explained to her that I could service the wall crack for a $service fee plus materials she told me never mind and abruptly hung up on meI did not hear anything again until the Revdex.com complaint was received.As it states in SG waterproofing's warranty as well as the other warranties provided in the dispute that the warranty does not include outside causes such as soil mechanics or wall movements that result in re-openings in the cracksShe says that we had an appointment in July and that I never showed upI went back to my phone records as well as my hand written calendar and I have no record of this appointmentShe stated that she would like for me to reimburse her for the cost however she did not pay me for the initial serviceThe builder paid me to repair the cracks I her wallThe builder and I both have records to show this.As a courtesy, I will still honor my original offer of $service fee plus materials to repair the cracks if the customer would like

Oct3, 2017, is when he made mention of a service charge and did not disclose a dollar amount He did make mention both times though, that if anyone repaired the crack it would void SG's warranty Six foundation repair companies plus a structural engineer instructed me to contact SG to correct the repair that he originally made The foundation repair companies have given me quotes to redo the repair that has not been satisfactory according to the foundation repair companies as well as the structural engineer A foundation repair company has been scheduled to redo the crack originally done by SG whose work and warranty has been unsatisfactory.

She did call me about it before, she said she's trying to sell her house and people are seeing the crack. The surface seal can crack, it's cosmetic. The injection urethane in the wall is flexible and hasn't opened. The crack isn't leaking. I asked her many times and she said the crack is not...

leaking. Under the terms of her waterproofing warranty, the cosmetic fix is not covered because there is no leak. I told her I would come out and reseal the surface crack so that it's less noticeable, however there would be a $45 charge. I've attached my warranty outlining the terms. The last time I spoke to this customer, she told me to "forget it" so I didn't know there was still an issue.

I did not call her back. The builder has a 10 year structural warranty. If she has structural damage she may need to reach out to them.
