Customer service and quality of products sold are HORRIBLE. I've delt with this company three times in the past six months for baseball and football uniforms and the only consistency they have is the horrible customer service, lack of knowledge of their products (dropped off my son's helmet to have decal placed on in and was asked his jersey number which led me to believe it would be placed on the helmet. Once I picked the helmet up the decal looked nothing like the team logo and looked more like a hammer. I asked the older lady if jersey number was not included and she looked at me as if I had just asked the craziest question on earth), and uncertainty of who has/has not paid. The older woman is the worst to deal with. The owners of this company really needs to evaluate their employees (the older lady especially) and if she is the owner, she needs to re evaluate her attitude and it is sad if she does not see a problem. We do what the COACH ask us to do. He did not ask for numbers. We ask for the number to make sure we match the right paperwork with the helmets. We get alote in at one time. Ms [redacted] didn't want to pay for it and was mad about that. That is all I was told. If she had a problem all she had to do was ask for the owner and I would have been glad to help her.She didn't bring her helmet in when the team's helmets came in. I have evaluate the attitude of the people that help me. I work hard to have great customer service.
