I am writing this review after a considerably unsatisfactory experience with Jamie Bassow, an HVAC & Generator Professional, who recently visited my home. The purpose of his visit was to evaluate and recommend the best HVAC system for our specific needs, however, his service was significantly below par.
The biggest issue was the lack of clear communication. Jamie failed to provide essential details such as the cost estimates and a proper scheduling timeline for the project. This lack of transparency left us in the dark about what to expect in terms of both time and financial investment.
Furthermore, he did not seem to have a solid understanding of our specific needs. We felt that he was out of touch with our requirements, failing to offer solutions that would suit our home and lifestyle. This left us feeling unheard and unvalued as customers.
Additionally, his demeanor was rather off-putting. He frequently appeared moody, and it seemed as though he did not enjoy his job. This negative attitude made our interactions with him less than pleasant and did not create a conducive environment for discussing and planning such an important project.
In this day and age, customer service is paramount, and it is unfortunate to say that our experience with Jamie fell short. His lack of communication, failure to understand our needs, and unprofessional attitude detracted greatly from the service we expected to receive.
I hope this feedback can be of use to others seeking HVAC and generator services and to Jamie himself, to improve his future interactions with clients.
We purchased an HVAC unit from SGI heating on July 12, 2016 they told us they would install a new air-conditioning unit and a new furnace with a new plenum .They installed the unit on July 25 and July 26 but used all of the old ductwork. The salesman was Jeff Zielinski...
and the installer was Todd . I want them to install a new plenum as was agreed
Scott from the company contacted the Revdex.com and informed us that the complaint has been resolved. According to Scott, the work was completed months ago.
