Ms***, I wanted to let you know that I was able to get in contact with Kirby directly and they told me that the distributor (SGM Distributing) wasn’t actually following Kirby’s rules/business practices and they would make sure that a refund was issuedSo, in that regard, my
complaint has been addressed and resolvedI’m still concerned about the individual distributor's business practices, but at least Kirby will be making it rightThank you.Respectfully,*** ***
