I was treated so badly by Feick Security that I felt compelled to let others know about itI had heard that some security guard companies are horribly run and treat their guards like dirtI was able to experience this first hand at FeickI visited the company on two occasions...once to pick up a job application and a second time to attend an interviewI spoke with the receptionist during both visitsShe was unfriendly, unprofessional and hostile towards meI couldn't believe that she was the face of a businessI spoke with the HR manager during the second visitThe HR manager was unprofessional and condescending towards meThey both made me feel unwelcome and like I was bothering themThey both expressed disdain for a fellow employee (a guard who had referred me) and made it clear that it was an "us" (management) versus "them" (guards) cultureAfter my interview, the HR manager told me to give him a call in a couple daysHe said he would speak with one of the owners and let me know if they had an opening for meI sent him a thank you emailI called him exactly two days later and left him a messageHe never returned my callI continued to try and reach him over the next few weeksHe did not have the common courtesy to get back to me in any formFeick Security is one of the worst run companies that I have ever dealt withI can't believe a company like Feick would be entrusted with anything, let alone security for someone or somethingA company that does not keep its word and cannot even return a phone call somehow receives taxpayer money for government contracts important to national securityIt is simply pathetic but I guess I shouldn't be surprisedThis is Miami

I am rejecting this response because: I do believe that we have an agreement, however until we have our money in hand I do not wish to close this matter. Unfortunately,
we came to this business with trust and that was shatteredThis whole complaint was generated because of the "lies that were told to us, and the deception", neglecting to tell us that they had an accident with our car, that they damaged our car, and that there was a CHP "traffic collision report on our car" and a "carfax" on our car We only found out about the accident because of a bill from Cal Trans, weeks later, they were not "forthright" and lied when questioned.I believe we should have the rite to leave this open until all promises are fulfilled

I have been a customer of Feick Security and find them to be a very professional organization that employs professional security officers. I have been impressed with their reliability and professionalism. I highly recommend them.
