A very quick dispatch and pick up of the transported vehicle. Vehicle arrived the next day at my front door.

Quoted me a price of $985 for a shipment of a car and that I had 7 days to proceed. On day 6 I called in to proceed and they told me the car could not be delivered for that price and it would instead be at least $1240 and they couldn't honor their 1-4 day timing. Do not use this carrier for transport as they have a known history of baiting and switching their prices when people need them in a timely manner.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our quote is valid for 7 days and that was clearly communicated to you at the time the quote was issued. This is also stated on the actual quote itself. You are upset that we cannot honor a price outside of the 7 day window. Please keep in mind that this is a dynamic market and rates change daily. The prices went up drastically for the past week and we adjusted them accordingly to avoid the exact scenario you mentioned. Bait and switch is when a low rate is given and then the price is changed after the order is placed. We did not have an active order with you. However, we're more than happy to discuss this further with you. We value any single comment and feedback that will improve our organization. Great service. I had car ship to me from different state. They kept me inform every step of the way. They were easy to get a hold off. And I got my car delivered well ahead of my drop off time.
They hire other companies to do the hauling, but the communication was pretty well with SGT, but the hauler himself was even more phenomenal.
First I would like to thank everyone at SGT for making it possible for me to ship my car from AZ to IL safely. Everyone I was in contact with was very professional and kept me informed where my car was and when it would be picked up and delivered. I purchased a 2019 Powerwagon in Kentucky and wanted it delivered to Denver. I was worried beyond belief that this would be a difficult contract.
I started with UShip and selected SGT Auto Transport. I threw them a curve by asking that they not deliver on 2/21,22, or 23. They said no problem, we’ll have it there on the 24th. Imagine my surprise when they called and asked to deliver it on the 20th! I was blown away! Driver Seth D was exceptional, going above and beyond my expectations!
