Please buy USMC gear elsewhere. After 20 years in USMC I am so disappointed. I ordered a tee shirt a few years ago, one sleeve was really tight and the other loose. Today I ordered a 3" gunny chevron decal and got a 2 3/4. Both times I was told well that is too bad. Lots of places to go to get good gear. If this guy was really in the Marines, I would have placed him on permanent mess duty. You know the type. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST SUCKS.

I terminated my association and my account with Grunt.com (aka Sgt. Grit) due to a disrespectful bunch of woke customer service reps who refused to replace a defective automobile decal. After years of purchasing a great many products from Grunt.com, they obviously decided that replacing a $7.95 decal wasn't worth retaining a dedicated customer who spent hundreds of dollars on their products. They refused to answer three email inquiries and two telephone calls over this matter. Attention all former and current Marines! These buffoons know nothing about loyalty or our entrusted and honored slogan "Semper Fi." Their phony promotional advertising about their dedication to Marines only reaches as far as how much money they can get you to send on their products. What a sorry state of affairs! Good riddens, Sarge! Yeah, Sarge my butt! I now doubt you were ever in the Corps.

Ordered sweatshirt SS4218 didn't even look like the one I ordered, to big different color USMC emblem off center, supposed to be at left breast. Makes me leery of ordering any more clothing. Ordered other things and completely satisfied they must not have quality control as to what they send out, or they would have seen the mistakes right away...

Do not Buy anything from theses guys, SGT GRIT. They are an unprofessional operation. They have zero customer service skills. They do not return email or complaints and they do not have a listed phone number. All numbers list are disconnected. any good reliable business has a working phone number and treats is clients with respect and dignity. They treat VETs with the most disrespect a person can do. They messed up on my order 3 times now. can not get it correct what's so ever. They have so much negative reviews, they look like a sinking ship. They are disgrace, acting like they specialize into Active personnel and all Vets. I spent 21 years in the Marines. Being ripped off and treated the way I have by SGT GRIT is unexpectable. Please Fellow Brothers in Arms DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SGT GRIT. BOYCOT, BOYCOT, BOYCOT.

I placed an order for 2 items on this website on t/20/20 a air of USMC sunglasses,and a 'I am the storm' t shirt Checked for shipping info and theres no info and order keeps saying fulfillment status unfilled,I paid almost $60 for my order***,and still cant get in touch with customer service or a tracking number for my order

Fore-Warning*** do not do business or order from here. I placed an order on October 10, 2019 for, four 244 birthday coins totaling $76.91. Never received order confirmation but they made sure to charge my credit card. 1st contact, October 17, 2019, the representative said it was on back order...."understandable", this rep was professional and courteous. 2nd contact, October 31, 2019, representative says shipment due in today and I would be mailed out my order on Oct 31st...."Great I'll have it before our birthday!" Never came. This rep, as well, was professional and courteous. 3rd contact (today) November 12, 2019. This rep was COMPLETELY rude and UN-professional, however progressing forward, she said the coin was discontinued and I would not be receiving it, however as of today, (11-12-19 at 1100) it still shows the coin available for purchase and with "5 In Stock." Sgt. *** just lost my business and hopefully as other Marines read this they will think twice from ordering from here!

I ordered somthing on a Tuesday night (late) and I called early the next day to cancel and was told it already shipped. I called at 10:18. I come to find out the label was made for shipment at 10:32. Conveniently 14 minutes after my phone call - so even if I want to return it, I'm out the $12 shipping that all could have been prevented had they not lied. Never again.
