I never received any refund from the vendor..once she received the complaint from your office Revdex.com,she was upset and told me she had contacted paypal prior to receiving the notice from you to issue a refund..however, once she realized I filed a complaint, she stated to me that she would cancel the payment to PayPal and would refund my money in person once I canceled my complaintthat never happenedI informed her that I would contact Revdex.com once I received my money and it never happened..I have copies of text messages from her and copies of my PayPal information Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (4200, 15, 2016/07/19) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) there was never anything in writing on her page during the tone I made the appointmentshe told you she refined through PayPal but as you see buy the response it was never refunded..I will send a copy of one of the promotions on her page around the time I made the appointment and another shot of how she added noon refundable..please let me know if you need a copy of the text messages with time stampedthis could all have be resolved if there was proper communication in the beginning Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 13, 2016/07/19) */ No she has not ....she lied to you guys made up things that weren't true, lied about not knowing the deposit was non refundable, lied about us switching prices ETC client was told what was needed to do her hair securely "micro braids" starting price $she said she only had $and knows her hair was long enough not to need micro braidsThe appointment was scheduled for 7am originally she wanted to move it up earlier I told her I wouldn't be available and would contact another BraiderThe Braider agreed to 6am doing small braids then on clients arrival the Braider informed me the clients hair was extremly short and would need micro braids client refused to pay more and canceled....my advertisement page says all deposits on canceled appointments WILL NOT BE REFUNDED THANK YOU!
