Review: On July *, 2012, I placed on order on Etsy.com for chalkboards. The order (including shipping to Canada) was worth $432.58 USD. We used PayPal to pay for the order.After extensive delays, the seller shipped the packages using USPS (which was non-traceable) almost 6 months after the order date -- on January 24, 2013. This occurred even though I paid for shipping via FedEx. We have not received the order and are seeking a refund from the seller. The seller has mentioned on at least 2 occasions that he would refund the money in full but this has not occurred.We have no power to seek recourse via PayPal or Etsy since too much time has passed.We would appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you.Desired Settlement: We would like a complete refund via PayPal for the cost of the order. As above, it was $432.58 USD .Thank you.
