Again I do apologize for all the confusionWith our automated phone calls it is very accurate and it showed at 9:am the message was deliveredWe strive into pleasing all of our customers unfortunately we can't always please someWe have been in business for a long while nowAlso I do believe that you were getting even a senior rate of $and I'm not even sure if you are and over so therefore that price was goodAnd also you have never been charged a late fee on your accountAgain it does not matter if a customer has been with us or months on the back off all customer's bill it states the payment is due the 16th of the billing cycleI know a lot of other companies does NOT do auto calls we do out of curiositySo therefore to get this resolved we have reversed $bank into your bank that you should received within business days

To whom this may concern: First I would like to apologize for any inconvenienceWhen we have a customer that moves with the new change of address the delivery of mail don't work as well as we likeDue to the postal service of not getting the update completed in a timely mannerSo therefore if any mail comes back form the postal service that say's invalid or unable to forward we do reach out to the customer in regards of that matterWe do strive in trying our best to please all of our customers in the best we canSo for a customer who gets missed frequently it would only have to be due to customer not getting their trash out in time or not paying their bill on the due dateThe one thing our company does do that no company does is an automated phone call twice a month to all customers that have an open balance to remind them that their bill is dueWe bill every months and the bill is always due by the 16thIt also states on the back of the bill when it is due and that late fees applyThe payment we received from Mr & Mrs [redacted] on 11/28/for $was for only the month of October which was actually due October So therefore the billing cycle for Dec Jan was due December which we didn't receive that's why their trash was not picked upSo as of 12/30/we are no longer servicing Mr & Mrs [redacted] .I have attached their invoice that show history and report of the automated call and what it has printed on the back of all customers.Thank You,Shackleford's Disposal Company LLC

To Whom this may concern, Replying back to the complaint that someone sent for Mr *** *** who is years old, with the address at *** *** Rd we were a bit concern of the amount of trash that was put out each week due to the account we have for Mr *** *** that
lives there alone an being a senior citizen with very little trash with a monthly rate of $We had being observing the address and then we find mail from *** rdSo on the following week the driver only took a weeks worth of trash We then called to Mr *** *** house on 4/22/and discussed what was going with his grand daughter she then said that they are trying to clean up his house due to him having of things, so we did tell her we do have dumpsters for a clean out if they need it On 4/24/Mr *** stopped in the office an informed us that he does Not have a lot of trash that his grandson lives at *** *** rd brings his trash down every week an puts it with his that's why there is always a lot of trash, also Mr *** Sr lives on *** and we don't service that far so he puts the trash at *** *** at his other addressToday Mr *** wanted to start account for his grandson *** *** *** at *** *** Rd effective for Monday April so he doesn't have to transport trash down to his house anymoreWe now service *** and *** *** rd and got everything resolved and a free month for Mr *** *** Sr for adding an account with us. Again I do apologize for all the confusion. With our automated phone calls it is very accurate and it showed at 9:43 am the message was delivered. We strive into pleasing all of our customers unfortunately we can't always please some. We have been in business for a long while now. Also I do believe that you were getting even a senior rate of $35.50 and I'm not even sure if you are 60 and over so therefore that price was good. And also you have never been charged a late fee on your account. Again it does not matter if a customer has been with us 3 or 6 months on the back off all customer's bill it states the payment is due the 16th of the billing cycle. I know a lot of other companies does NOT do auto calls we do out of curiosity. So therefore to get this resolved we have reversed $37.50 bank into your bank that you should received within 2 business days.

This is not correct. We were billed two payments of $17.75 on November 30th. I can supply the debit from the bank. We have not received any additional billing and certainly never received a phone call! This was new service in September there shouldn't be be any mail issues and we certainly should not have had the numerous weeks of no pick up throughout this short period that we had lack of service with this company! My brother just took out service with them and he too has had to call several times now for lack of service and he's still under the initial two month period! We have went with another provider as he will too as soon as his two months is up. They are horrible and I'll be sure that everyone I know that is considering them exactly how they do business! Also, we moved here September first, they require 2months payment when you start service, September/October and then the two payments on November 30th, November/December!

Thursday  we did delivery the message to the driver the same day,  We thought that it was taken care of due to us not receiving a call back from the customer.  During the first few weeks of May we have had a new driver in training in that area which may have caused a few customer to be missed by accident in which thought they had all gotten taken care of.  So the following week we still haven't heard from the customer until May 15 they had called in to say that they wanted a refund for the month of May.  On Monday May 18 2015 we did get them a check issued for $18.75 for all of May and the check was dated for May 19 2015 and mailed out. Also on May 20 2015 our driver called in to let us know that all the trash they had out was picked up.Thank YouShackleford's Disposal
