A representative from RealPage, Shades on line portal payment vendor, was contacted regarding Mr [redacted] portal account activity According to the representative from RealPage, Mr [redacted] disabled his portal account Once a portal account has been disabled, the portal will no longer allow you to make a payment A representative from our company is requesting RealPage set the portal account back up with Mr [redacted] original information The $late fee has been reversed on Mr [redacted] account ledger I will print a copy of Mr [redacted] ledger and place it his file for Mr [redacted] to pick up at his convenience or I can place a copy in the mail Once we receive an answer from RealPage, Mr [redacted] will be contacted about the resident portalThank you,Sondra A**

Mr*** has talked with my assistant manager about the cleaning charges and key deposit. As John has relayed to Mr***, there is no record of a $key deposit on the lease agreement or on his account ledger, therefore, we have no way of refunding a key deposit if we do not have the
deposit. John is calling the collection agency to see if he can obtain the account back and work with Mr*** on the remaining charges. Once John has an answer from the collection agency, he will contact Mr***. Thank you,Sondra A**
