Hello.This is a response to the complaint that was filed against Shade Shield on 5/24/I did in fact go out the [redacted] home on May 10th to provide an estimate for solar screensThe time frame for production has always been to "business days" for the completion of the screens Business days mean, Monday - FridayThe order was placed on Tuesday May 10th later in the evening so the order was not received by the manufacture until the morning of May 11thSo business days would mean the order would be completed before Tuesday May 24thThe order was in fact completed on the 24thI actually called *** [redacted] this evening around 4:PM to let her know the order was ready for install and to let us know what day would be best for herI also received phone messages on the Monday the 23rd from *** [redacted] (10:AM, 5:PM, 7:PM)I did not get these messages as I did not get back to my office until after 8:PM and by the time I checked my messages it was after 9:PM that eveningI checked with my production company the next morning to find out the status of her order, in which they stated it was readyI contacted *** [redacted] on May 24th at 4:PM to let her know her order was ready and to set up an install dateI just checked my messages again this evening (the 24th) and noticed another message from *** [redacted] that was left at 9:AM this morningI also checked my email and noticed this complaint and responded to it as wellAs far as the order being ready on time, we were on timeI do however, take responsibility and apologize for not getting back to *** [redacted] in a more timely mannerI will attempt to contact [redacted] again in the morning to see if she would still like for us to proceed with the installIf so, we will get her taken care of in the next day or twoOr when ever it is convenient for herWe are also a business member on [redacted] ***Thank you for your time.Professionally- [redacted]

Hello.This is a response to the complaint that was filed against Shade Shield on 5/24/16. I did in fact go out the [redacted] home on May 10th to provide an estimate for solar screens. The time frame for production has always been 7 to 10 "business days" for the completion of the screens....

Business days mean, Monday - Friday. The order was placed on Tuesday May 10th later in the evening so the order was not received by the manufacture until the morning of May 11th. So 10 business days would mean the order would be completed before Tuesday May 24th. The order was in fact completed on the 24th. I actually called [redacted] this evening around 4:54 PM to let her know the order was ready for install and to let us know what day would be best for her. I also received 3 phone messages on the Monday the 23rd from [redacted] (10:15 AM, 5:27 PM, 7:27 PM). I did not get these messages as I did not get back to my office until after 8:00 PM and by the time I checked my messages it was after 9:30 PM that evening. I checked with my production company the next morning to find out the status of her order, in which they stated it was ready. I contacted [redacted] on May 24th at 4:54 PM to let her know her order was ready and to set up an install date. I just checked my messages again this evening (the 24th) and noticed another message from [redacted] that was left at 9:27 AM this morning. I also checked my email and noticed this complaint and responded to it as well. As far as the order being ready on time, we were on time. I do however, take responsibility and apologize for not getting back to [redacted] in a more timely manner. I will attempt to contact [redacted] again in the morning to see if she would still like for us to proceed with the install. If so, we will get her taken care of in the next day or two. As you can see we are a few steps short of getting the referral check issued to you. However, I am more than willing to issue you the $99.50 prior to completing these steps if that will make you a happy customer.
