[redacted] for the amount of 840.00, I dismissed the eviction and I have attached a copy of her most up to date ledger. I have allowed them to continue to live here and not pay any rent and now I have been left with no other option except to file another eviction on their account. They have made no attempt to pay any monies since December of last year which they paid 425.00. I am uncertain why she would file a complaint against us considering they have been living here rent free and the owners of lndy Apts. have decided it is time to file the eviction since they have made no attempts to communicate and or pay their rent for the apartment for which they still live in.
