Shades Expo

Review: I purchased a Gucci watch from Shades Expo in June this year. On the website it was advertised as having "outstanding durability".Within 3 months of receiving the watch it spontaneously broke despite ordinary gentle use, there is no damage whatsoever to the casing.The seller was notified and refused to provide warranty for repair or replacement.Clearly a high quality Gucci watch with "outstanding durability" breaking within 3 months of use would not conform to an ordinary buyer's expectations.The seller has therefore breached international sales law and United States law in failing to provide an implied warranty of merchantability.Desired Settlement: Refund, pay for repair, or replacement
