I contacted this company over months ago They finally showed up last month The problem still isn't fixed Said they would be over the next day...never showed up...never called I am very dissatisfied with the way the run their business I am paying this bill under protest I would really like my money back I think I was scammed Very bad at communication

I had a 9:am appointment to have my sprinklers turned off I called the office times no answer The technician finally called me about 9:am, to say he was running late and was ready to stop by This is the worst customer service I have received from them The technician should have called me either before 9:am or at that time to let me know he was running late Calling minutes after the appointment time is not good serviceThe company has a policy that technicians will not wait more than minutes for customers before the appointment is a "NO SHOW" I have applied this same policy towards the technicianHe as a NO SHOW for the appointment I had By the time he finally called I had already moved my business to another landscape company
