account he gave us during the initial transactionIt does happen from time to time that emails and phone numbers are transcribed incorrectly over the phone on our sideManagement did have a talk with the new technician for this service areaWe explained to him the importance of the techs to communicate with the office of important customer informationThe Tech was reprimanded for bypassing this job that he confirmed even though our office had no communication from the customerWhat happened with this job is not a typical practice of our companyObviously if we skipped every other job, we wouldn't be in business for the last yearsUnfortunately, what happened to this customer is rare, but does happen and we are working to prevent this in the future

As for a refund, our records do not show a payment from the customerIf he can produce a statement to prove payment, then we will refund ASAP
