Shades Window Tint

Review: Business owner, [redacted], came to my house and did a tint job on my 1 day old 2013 Honda CRV. He stated that his company was LLC, although when I look the company up, there is nothing that shows it to be a legitimate company. When he was done, I had several scratches on my windows from where he cut the tint with a razor blade against the glass of my car. There are bubbles on every window tinted. He gave me a card guaranteeing his work for 5 years. I contacted him and asked him to come back to see the bubbles and scratches and he refused, stating if he has a job in my area he will but doesn't want to waste his time to come look at it. I asked him for his business insurance info so that I could make a claim for the glass and he refused.Desired Settlement: Removal of tint that was applied and replacement of windows that were damaged.
