I was leary because of reviews I saw elsewhere on the internet but I decided to give them a try. I ordered Coach frames on 11/23 and received them on 11/28. They appear to be authentic ( I have the exact same frames, I was buying these as a back up since they aren't made anymore), they came in the Coach case and I'm pleased with the whole experience.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I didn't receive a certificate of authenticity. All my other Coach purchases have included that.

Ordered lenses on 12/31/2017. It's currently 2/26/2018 and I have yet to receive them. I have been given the run around on why the shipping label shows printed but there's no tracking information and USPS says they never received it. Waiting over 3 months for lenses is unacceptable.
