As you are probably aware, no credit restoration service can remove an item that is reporting on a revolving basis as a currently derogatory itemI asked her if she could catch the car up, we would try to see what we can doShe said that she couldn’t do that at the time*** *** has already been paid for the service that they rendered and they did an outstanding job based on the other items that they were able to get removed
In light of the fact that there is nothing else they can be done if she is not willing or unable to catch the car up, she is only entitled to $of the $that she paidAll she has to do it call the office and request to withdraw from the programOr if she can catch up the car we would be happy to continue to assist her

disagree with Mr.[redacted] statement because I paid him in February. He didn't run a credit report on me (as he mentioned) until August! The credit repair portion costs $399 in which I was also told by both he and [redacted] that I didn't have ANY credit so there shouldn't have been a need for me to have been in the program (if) he had done the necessary paperwork in the beginning. I've tried on numerous occasions demanding my refund and even threatened to file a lawsuit against him. I left numerous messages, gone by his office and he avoided me until I threatened him with the lawsuit and reminded him that him of the fact that he was [redacted] in Aug 1991.That's when he called and stated that he pulled my credit report (Aug 2015). 6 months later. [redacted]
