Every time me or one of my family members has to go to the emergency room it does not matter which hospital This company always submits our insurance information wrongWe are double covered This is the only company we get a bill fromNot the hospital just this company
We get a bill from this company each and every time and then I have to call them I talk to them and give them the insurance information again Their customer service is nice, but their billing department stinks It's almost like they want to double charge peopleHoping people would just say oh I owe them ok I'll just pay That way they charge the insurance and patients It gets out of hand Every time this happens I do have a family of five so it happens a lotI actually had to send them an email this last time on September 6, because their phone lines were so busy I could not get through before work

This company does not accept any form of payment other than check or money order. I was informed in May that their online bill pay was down and should be back up in a month or two. This never happened and now they are telling me that they do not accept credit cards or cash as legal tender and are now saying my account is delinquent. In May I was informed that online bill pay would be available soon so I was waiting and checking every month as I do not have checks to mail a payment, now I got the message that my account is delinquent and called and I did not even get to speak to someone at the company I was routed to a service that could not help at all because they only accept mailed payments of check or money order. Their message when you call them at 1-800-355-2470 says you can make a payment on line by going to www.mymedicalpayments.com but you get to the site and that is a lie you can not make online payments.
