Our warranty states that all plants ore healthy and free of diseases or injurious insectsThe customer isresponsible for providing adequate care after installation to insure plant health by providing disease andinsect control, regular watering and fertilizationIf a plant fails to survive for a
period of one year afterreceiving proper care then the plant will be replaced at no chargeThe warranty does not cover lossesfrom acts of nature, lack of care or vandalism.Upon inspection of Mr***'s plants only one was found to be deadThe others suffered some die backas a result of the severe record breaking winter weather but all had new growth and signs of normalrecoveryNo additional replacements were requiredMr*** was put on our customer list of requiredreplacements which is completed in the order that we receive themPer his request the installation waspostponed until the week after he returned from vacation.I regret his dissatisfaction but Mr*** was treated fairly, professionally and in a timely fashion based onour work load at that timeShadow Hill Landscape has been in business for years and maintains oneof the finest reputations for service and quality work in the industryOur company has thrived based oncustomer referrals and repeat businessWe do minimal advertising or solicitation of new business.If you have further questions please do not hesitate to contact me.Thank YouDan M***President
