I have been a member of Lifetime Fitness since and have generally had a good experience However the last couple of months have something left to be desired at Schaumburg's location My friends and I have reserved a racquetball court on their site every Wednesday from - or -
In July, other members tried to kick us off the court until we went to the activity desk to confirm my friend and I had reserved it properly
In August, again another member tried to kick us off the court until we went to the activity desk to confirm my friend and I had reserved it properly
Finally last Wednesday (Sept 7), Paul who works at Lifetime bullied his way by trying to kick my friend and I off the court This time though, the activity desk was closed so we had to go to the front check in desk Paul's friend said we booked court (which we couldn't have because that was reserved for kid activities and that Paul had booked Court Another lifetime worker came up to us and rechecked the schedule and said Paul never reserved the court and that my friend and I had done it properly
I have been in contact with Greg the general manager and all he's told me is that he's had discussions with his crew and that this bad experience will not happen again I've also been in contact with their corporate office in MN so they are aware as well
I have not received any compensation for being mistreated
