This company has NO idea of what they are doing, work wiseThey do however have a GREAT SCAM GIING,BILL THE CUSTOMER TOP DOLLAR, FOR BELOW STANDARDS WORK, UNDERPAY AND OVERWORK THEIR FEW EMPLOYEES, AND THEY WILL HIRE JUST ABOUT ANYONE, WITH EXTENSIVE CRIMINAL BACKGROUNDS AND NO WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE CLEANING BUSINESSThey obviously condone the use of illegal narcotics ayt their job sites because they took NO corrective or other actions, when informed of such recently.they do shoddy, below standard work opposite of what they agree to do for the client, and they use OLD AND UNSAFE EQUIPTMENT ON THEIR JOBS, and bill their clients for outrageous repair and maintenance costs

I would like to start by letting you know that The X-Ray Shop has invoices ranging from 91-days past due and only after we mentioned turning her account into collections is when *** contacted the Revdex.com.
Please read our side of the story below. When we first started doing business with The X-Ray Shop I quoted *** on multiple different sizes of bags all of which stated in the description that the bags will be “Individually Cut bulk packed in a case”. The “creases” that she is referencing happens to most bags when they are bulk packed in cases. We were never told that her bags couldn’t have creases, prior to ordering and receiving the custom produced order. Only then, *** complained that she was not happy with how some of the bags were packaged. So we brought back and re packaged them to her specification, all of which was at Shadow Plastics expense. She did receive some bags with dimensions outside of our acceptable manufacturing tolerances, so we issued her a credit for those bags on January 29, We also issued her a credit on February 10, for damaged bags. I gave her our UPS account # to return the damaged bags to us at our expense. She never sent them back but we still honored the credit *** emailed me on May 5th with a list of “Faulty bags”. Being that we are a custom manufacturer, we can’t set up our machinery to run such small amount of productSo I offered to credit her account for all the “Faulty bags” that she listed and told her she does not need to return them, just pay the balance duePlease feel free to contact me with any questions or if you need any other informationSincerely, *** ***

In reviewing the responses and complaints of [redacted] of The X-Ray Shop – I have the following response;
Ms. [redacted] has not sent Shadow Plastics any samples of the defective product she keep contending. We have been in business since 1970 making custom produced bags and films. I can understand and appreciate that Ms. [redacted] wanted bags just like she originally showed [redacted] Beam, our sales person, and we replicated to the best of our ability. Please note – we still have the original sample bags that Ms [redacted] sent to [redacted] Beam and they have creases in them as well. We can only bulk package bags and they have to be folded in order to fit into the boxes they are shipped in. We produced 10 orders for Ms. [redacted] and the X-Ray Shop from September 2015 through February 2016. Why did she continue to order from us if our products were so poor? With each order, Ms. [redacted] changed something from the previous order – whether it be size, color, thickness, or the way they were packaged. We believe she was learning what she actually needed and thus the reason for changing each order. We did our best to accommodate her demands. The X-Ray Shop has not paid the last three invoices which are owed to Shadow Plastics for product received, plus interest accruing of $2,947.06. These invoices are;:
#83127 from December 14th, 2015 for $960.60. #83151 from December 17th, 2015 for $658.13. #83534 from February 11th, 2016 for $1,328.33.
The X-Ray shop paid the prior invoices totaling $5,729.08 without complaint or issue. Shadow Plastics credited The X-Ray Shop twice under Credit Invioices #’s;
#83423 on January 29th, 2016 for -$383.86. #83582 on February 10th, 2016 for -$72.74.
These credits were issued due to Ms. [redacted]’s complaints and to show good faith and we trusted Shadow Plastics would receive payment for the remaining balance owed of $2,947.06.
We have asked repeatedly for payment or return of the faulty product and have received neither. We believe The X-Ray Shop used the product and is now claiming faulty product. Unfortunately, we cannot set up for 500 bags as our minimum production set-ups are based on scrap and set-up times. The 500 bags Ms [redacted] is referring to costs only $80.50. We have more than adequately tried to solve any issue by offering the two credits totaling $456.60. We make FDA approved bags and films. If the X-Ray Shop has not altered our products and they can be returned in their original cases with our product labels adhered, we still would take them back and credit for the amount returned. However, Since we have repeatedly asked for this – we assume they have used the bags and are trying to get out of payment. Ms. [redacted] informed us that they will be moving out of state so it would be difficult for us to collect payment after their move.
Shadow Plastics, Inc. would not be in business for 47 years if we produce such  horrible product as Ms. [redacted] claims. Furthermore, we would not be in business for such a great tenure, if we didn’t receive payment on what is owed to us. This matter has gone to a collections agency until Shadow Plastics, Inc. receives the minimum owed to us of $2,947.60 plus interest. But as I said, if Ms. [redacted] and the X-Ray Shop can send back any unaltered, faulty product that we produced, in the original cases with the case labels attached (this shows our job/lot#, size/description, customer PO, etc.), that equate to the $2,947.60 outstanding – we would credit accordingly. However, since we have made this request several times and have never seen the product – we believe they can’t send them back because they used the product. Please instruct Ms [redacted] and the X-Ray Shop to pay their outstanding bills. Sincerely, [redacted]
President

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]
Regards,

When first contacting Shadow Plastics I had sent a sample of what I wanted for the plastic bags and what they would be used for (hospitals). The samples I gave were of a certain thickness and quality plus perfectly clean with no defects nor creases. [redacted] assured me that they could produce the same so I agreed to order the plastic bags from Shadow Plastics. Before ordering from Shadow Plastics I had arranged for Aspiro to do the production work for my company. I had shown the same plastic bag samples that I had sent to [redacted] to duplicate and showed Aspiro how they were to be packed. When the packages arrived at the facility that would bundle the bags for the X-Ray Shop I was called to come review the production / product. I was dismayed to find that the bags squished and shoved tightly into small boxes. Aspiro (which is a non-profit company the has employees with cognitive disabilities) tried to work with these bags but said they were in such poor condition that their production crew could not do the job. Aspiro said that there were defects in the bags and the condition that they were in were too difficult to work with. I went searching for similar companies here in Green Bay that could the production but non would do the job. I then found a company in Appleton. At my cost I had to ship all the remaining product to Appleton. They also called and said that they found defects in the bags. When I told [redacted] that there were specs of dirt in the plastic he said that it's not dirt but hardened plastic (?) and that their would be probably be a few to a bit more of the specs in a row. He said the production crew should just pull the ones and he would reimburse. I was left with many unused plastics and could not complete orders. The correspondence with Shadow Plastics was sketchy and often excuses were made for the defects. I tried to work with what they'd sent since I already had given them over $6000 and had to sell in order to continue my business. I lost customers because of the poor quality. The best solution is that I send back all of the product (even the product I had had packaged) to Shadow Plastics.
I will send photos of the dirt / specs in the plastics but don't have time because Revdex.com said I only have 30 minutes so I need to send this off (and look for the photos I had taken).
Sincerely,
[redacted]
The X-Ray Shop
