In reviewing the responses and complaints of [redacted] of The X-Ray Shop – I have the following response; Ms [redacted] has not sent Shadow Plastics any samples of the defective product she keep contendingWe have been in business since making custom produced bags and filmsI can understand and appreciate that Ms [redacted] wanted bags just like she originally showed [redacted] Beam, our sales person, and we replicated to the best of our abilityPlease note – we still have the original sample bags that Ms [redacted] sent to [redacted] Beam and they have creases in them as wellWe can only bulk package bags and they have to be folded in order to fit into the boxes they are shipped inWe produced orders for Ms [redacted] and the X-Ray Shop from September through February Why did she continue to order from us if our products were so poor? With each order, Ms [redacted] changed something from the previous order – whether it be size, color, thickness, or the way they were packagedWe believe she was learning what she actually needed and thus the reason for changing each orderWe did our best to accommodate her demandsThe X-Ray Shop has not paid the last three invoices which are owed to Shadow Plastics for product received, plus interest accruing of $2,These invoices are;: #from December 14th, for $#from December 17th, for $#from February 11th, for $1, The X-Ray shop paid the prior invoices totaling $5,without complaint or issueShadow Plastics credited The X-Ray Shop twice under Credit Invioices #’s; #on January 29th, for -$#on February 10th, for -$ These credits were issued due to Ms [redacted] ’s complaints and to show good faith and we trusted Shadow Plastics would receive payment for the remaining balance owed of $2, We have asked repeatedly for payment or return of the faulty product and have received neitherWe believe The X-Ray Shop used the product and is now claiming faulty productUnfortunately, we cannot set up for bags as our minimum production set-ups are based on scrap and stimesThe bags Ms [redacted] is referring to costs only $We have more than adequately tried to solve any issue by offering the two credits totaling $We make FDA approved bags and filmsIf the X-Ray Shop has not altered our products and they can be returned in their original cases with our product labels adhered, we still would take them back and credit for the amount returnedHowever, Since we have repeatedly asked for this – we assume they have used the bags and are trying to get out of paymentMs [redacted] informed us that they will be moving out of state so it would be difficult for us to collect payment after their moveShadow Plastics, Incwould not be in business for years if we produce such horrible product as Ms [redacted] claimsFurthermore, we would not be in business for such a great tenure, if we didn’t receive payment on what is owed to usThis matter has gone to a collections agency until Shadow Plastics, Increceives the minimum owed to us of $2,plus interestBut as I said, if Ms [redacted] and the X-Ray Shop can send back any unaltered, faulty product that we produced, in the original cases with the case labels attached (this shows our job/lot#, size/description, customer PO, etc.), that equate to the $2,outstanding – we would credit accordinglyHowever, since we have made this request several times and have never seen the product – we believe they can’t send them back because they used the productPlease instruct Ms [redacted] and the X-Ray Shop to pay their outstanding billsSincerely, [redacted] President

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted] When first contacting Shadow Plastics I had sent a sample of what I wanted for the plastic bags and what they would be used for (hospitals)The samples I gave were of a certain thickness and quality plus perfectly clean with no defects nor creases [redacted] assured me that they could produce the same so I agreed to order the plastic bags from Shadow PlasticsBefore ordering from Shadow Plastics I had arranged for Aspiro to do the production work for my companyI had shown the same plastic bag samples that I had sent to [redacted] to duplicate and showed Aspiro how they were to be packedWhen the packages arrived at the facility that would bundle the bags for the X-Ray Shop I was called to come review the production / productI was dismayed to find that the bags squished and shoved tightly into small boxesAspiro (which is a non-profit company the has employees with cognitive disabilities) tried to work with these bags but said they were in such poor condition that their production crew could not do the jobAspiro said that there were defects in the bags and the condition that they were in were too difficult to work withI went searching for similar companies here in Green Bay that could the production but non would do the jobI then found a company in AppletonAt my cost I had to ship all the remaining product to AppletonThey also called and said that they found defects in the bagsWhen I told [redacted] that there were specs of dirt in the plastic he said that it's not dirt but hardened plastic (?) and that their would be probably be a few to a bit more of the specs in a rowHe said the production crew should just pull the ones and he would reimburseI was left with many unused plastics and could not complete ordersThe correspondence with Shadow Plastics was sketchy and often excuses were made for the defectsI tried to work with what they'd sent since I already had given them over $and had to sell in order to continue my businessI lost customers because of the poor qualityThe best solution is that I send back all of the product (even the product I had had packaged) to Shadow PlasticsI will send photos of the dirt / specs in the plastics but don't have time because Revdex.com said I only have minutes so I need to send this off (and look for the photos I had taken)Sincerely, [redacted] The X-Ray Shop
