Shadow Rock Dentistry Reviews (%countItem)

I just want to share my very bad experience with Shadow Rock industry located in Castle Rock CO.I went there because of having a pain on one of my upper teeth .First Dr. *** (from India) misdiagnosed it and wanted to fill couple of my front teeth to cure the pain of my middle upper tooth and at that time I went to another dentist who came up with right diagnosed and what to do . Dr. *** even did not recognize which tooth was giving me a trouble anyway. I got a crown from Dr. *** which took him over three hours to put it in and I went back three times for adjustment Medicare also approved to do a deep cleaning which they did half of it and billed the Medicare and got the money for it but for remaining procedure of other half of teeth they keep give me an excuses by cancelling my appointment a day before coming up and give it to new patient for collecting more money and so far it happened 5 times in a row over three months.

The said person has made claims that have no basis or relevance. At no time did we misdiagnose or mistreat his dental condition. The email you sent says that you have a Hipaa consent from *** on file, so I will elaborate on the situation. *** was having pain on a tooth and the symptoms of the pain ascertained to needing a root canal and the tooth had decay needing a crown. However we explained to *** that that he also had periodontal disease(bone loss) and that he would need to see a periodontal specialist due the extensive bone loss. *** was explained to that not only is the nerve causing him pain in the tooth that was bothering him, but also the periodontal disease was also causing him pain in the area around the tooth and it was a two part problem. After the Root canal and Crown was done *** came in a few times with pain and while probing the gums around the tooth, he was feeling significant pain. During one of the visits, Dr. *** asked him if he went to see the periodontist from the referral we gave him. He said that he went and the periodontist found nothing. Dr. *** told him that that was hard to believe and that he would not send any more of my patients to that periodontist if that were the case as he had clear bone loss on his teeth on the x-rays. It appears that *** did not follow the recommendations of the periodontist and he did not get treatment from that that periodontist or any other periodontist. He wanted us to treat the periodontal disease and we told him we could not completely treat the periodontal disease due to the extent of his bone loss and he would need to see a periodontal specialist. He insisted that we do the periodontal cleaning in our office and we told him we could only clean so far underneath his gingiva and that he would need to sign a consent and release stating so. He signed the consent and release and we treated the area the best we could . He continued to have pain on the tooth stemming from the periodontal disease. After the covid-19 shutdown of businesses, ***'s appointment to have the other side of his cleaning done had to be re-scheduled two times due to the extension of the stay at home order. He called our office and was very upset that he had to be re-scheduled twice. After that point, he posted derogatory and race related reviews on yelp and facebook indicating that Dr. *** misdiagnosed him and that he should go back to India to practice. Dr. *** and Shadow Rock Dentistry in no way misdiagnosed or mistreated the patient in any way or form. We in no way or shape have done any wrongdoing. As a patient courtesy we will refund the part of the cleaning we did back to his insurance that reimbursed us. We ask that he take down any of his misconstrued reviews.Thank You, ***Shadow Rock Dentistry

this doctor miss diagnosed my pain and thought the pain was from my implant .I had to go to another doctor to find out where the pain was .this doctor did also cleaning of the half the my mouth and for the other half they kept changing my appointment about 5 times and each time called me two days before the date coming up .then I found out they already charged the insurance and go all the money from them and the reason they kept cancelling me was they wanted to make more money with new patient since they already got paid from my insurance.
