I was not satisfied with the flashlights. They did not perform like advertised and were poor quality. I attempted to return the flashlights and they told me it had been more than 30 days. I advised them that I had received the flashlights only a week prior to the call. They advised that it had been more than 30 days from the time that I ordered them. I complained to a manager and they offered a partial refund, I said that I wanted a full refund and they advised that a manager would call me back. That was a month ago and still no call back. I'm disputing through credit card company.
I ordered flashlights on 11/22/from Falcon Tactical Received nothing Made several calls, and was promised I would receive an email with a tracking number (never happened), or that I would get a call back from a supervisor (never happened) They refused to issue refund, so I called the bank on 1/20/and reported them as not fulfilling the order and had the transaction reversed
Total fraudPromised delivery on 12/5/Today is 12/13/When calling the posted number you will hold for minutes plus then someone will answer and then they will disconnect the callEmail them and they will tell you that they will check but no one will return your callIf you hold while they are checking, they will disconnect your call
I got on their web site to order the Shadowhawk lasers After they took my credit card info their screen went to an additional item and it was then that I decided to not finalize the order and signed off the site The next morning they called me to ask why I did not finalize the order and I told them that I changed my mind They charged my credit card anyway I disputed the charge with the credit card company and it took months for me to get the charge reversed I Advise anyone who wants to order from this company to beware
After a long delay in shipment of a Falcon Tactical flashlight I cancelled my order The company sent me a refund After two weeks I noticed a deduction from my credit card amount for $ Within days I noticed another deduction by Falcon Tactical for another $ I called customer service and they said even though the original purchase was cancelled they automatically enrolled me in a membership and deducted the $every two weeks I never signed up for any membership nor was I aware of this membership I informed Falcon Tactical that I thought this method of a hidden membership enrollment was very unprofessional and that I would be contacting the Revdex.com concerning this issue They agreed to refund me the deductions of $ Very unprofessional company with the hidden trick involved
The company called me almost immediately to upsell me on the productAfter waiting two weeks for my items I called them backThey stated my order was shipping that day, however, I have yet to receive them, now two weeks laterI am filing a complaint with my bank for fraudulent charges as I do not anticipate receiving my productI do not recommend doing business with this company

I received my products from them The problem is they have been charging $for the past several months I Ordered from a FACEBOOK link It had no conditions about recurring charges They use BrilliantShop, EliteShip, ExclusivStore, and RapidStar to make charges They use separate names so you don't notice a recurring chargeThey would not give me an address and phone number as to where I could dispute the charges Employee #Selena gave me an address in the UKI am currently disputing the charges with my bank and going to file a complaint with the State Attorney
The company Shadowhawk has provided an affiliate or third party called [redacted] all my credit card information. [redacted] started billing my credit card $14.95US without my knowledge or authorization and without my signature.

Ads are misleading. Charged me over $50.00 for a $19.95 and free gift. And signed me up for a newsletter at 9.95 per month. VERY UNHAPPY!!!
