If you're thinking about buying anything from NAMCO DON'T I bought a Patio Set from the Nashua Store in May / I had to order the set because they didn't have one in stockI was told by Cory the delivery would be in daysweeks later and calls to customer service I was about to cancel the order Customer Service does not answer their phone( Got email that said that they could not get in touch with their warehouse !!) If you look on their web site there is only number you can call the number they don't answer They had charged my credit card prior to delivery - after weeks on no answers and no delivery, I disputed the charge through my AmEx CC AmEx was able to get an expedited delivery I got a call asking if they could deliver first thing in the morning - 8: I said sure the next day after calls they showed up about 2:pm ! This company does not communicate ! They don't seem to care about customer relations

I bought a Patio Set from the Nashua Store in May / 2015. I had to order the set because they didn't have one in stock. I was told by Cory the delivery would be in 7 days. 3 weeks later and 8 calls to customer service I was about to cancel the order.
Customer Service does not answer their phone. ( Got 1 email that said that they could not get in touch with their warehouse !!) If you look on their web site there is only 1 number you can call ... the number they don't answer. They had charged my credit card prior to delivery - after 2 weeks on no answers and no delivery, I disputed the charge through my AmEx CC. AmEx was able to get an expedited delivery. I got a call asking if they could deliver first thing in the morning - 8:30. I said sure ... the next day after 2 calls they showed up about 2:pm !
