Good customer service. They got back to me quickly with a competitive price and then came out and took care of the issue. The final price matched the estimate and their work comes with a 5-year warranty. I would recommend them to others.
I cant say enough good things about this Company: Professional in every way. They were on time for the estimate, friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable. The repairs were done when they said they would, no delays, fast and well done. Now I have a quarantee and can relax that the problem has finally been resolved, when 2 other roofers failed to get the job done! [redacted] you are the best!
After hard rain had a roof leak called several roofers and JT Harris was only one responded in timely manner. Others eventually responded with a month waiting list just to give estimate. Chris, the rep, came out walked the roof and found the problem area and put a temporary patch to fix the area and returned in apprx. 9 day and replaced felt in a significant area, as well as other rminor preventative maintenance in other areas of my roof. I would highly recommend JT Harris and would not hesitate to use them again if needed.
