We contacted the leasing office on 6/5/about a toilet issue,Maintenance came out but didn't fix the problem,this needs fixed asap! We've never been late on rent and would like this plumbing issue fixedIt's unsanitary!
I paid a deposit of $to Shady OaksTo my understanding after I moved out $was to be refunded back to meThe other half is for cleaning ,but I cleaned it myselfIt's been weeksI was told it would only take weeksStill I haven't received any moneyI'm aware that i'll only receive $back despite me cleaning it Product_Or_Service: Refunding My Deposit
