Review: On June 27 I purchased two quarts of oil from Shadyside oil, however, before I could use the oil, my vehicle broke down. I returned the unopened oil on 6/28 with receipt in hand and requested an exchange. The clerk contacted the owner on the telephone who said said there was nothing he could do. I have contacted my bank to have the $10.68 returned to my account as I used my debit card. I am very disturbed by this practice as this is a business in my community that I frequent regularly on my daily commute. With the original receipt in hand, I specifically asked for an exchange in good faith and do not wish to do business with this merchant in the future. I have since purchased another vehicle and will have no use for the oil any time in the near future.Desired Settlement: I left a message for the owner to contact me, which he has not done. I would like an exchange and explanation of the store's practice in this regard from the owner of this establishment.
