Review: I was given a gift of a [redacted] purchased for ShaE Massage (3 massages for $99). I scheduled my first massage with no problem and afterwards I tried to schedule my second. The masseuse [redacted] set me up with a second massage no problem. The day of the massage I showed up a few minutes early and sat in the waiting room because I could hear her in the massage room with a client and I figured she was finishing another session. I was on my phone to pass time and I checked my email and to my surprise there was an email from ShaE Massage saying that she needed to cancel the massage because she had a family emergency. I was naturally upset but I left and emailed her that we could reschedule and I was willing to just schedule my remaining 2 massages and just not use her services again. It took weeks to get a response to my emails to schedule a new appointment but I was finally able to schedule my second massage. The masseuse completed my second massage and I scheduled a time for my final massage. The day of the massage I checked my email before the massage just in case and sure enough I had an email saying that my massage would need to be rescheduled because the masseuse [redacted] had to go to the ER. I rescheduled the appointment and again the day of the massage the masseuse [redacted] cancelled on me saying she wasn't feeling well. Again, I rescheduled (a time that [redacted] suggested) and the day of the massage I had no cancelation email so I showed up for the massage. The massage was scheduled for 3:30 pm and I arrived a little early and waited in the waiting room. About 4 pm another woman (not [redacted] but a different masseuse) asked who I was and I told her I had a 3:30 with [redacted]. The young lady apologized an stated that [redacted] left for the day. I feel like [redacted] was trying to avoid fulfilling the terms of the [redacted] even though she redeemed the [redacted] after my first massage (meaning that she had fulfilled the terms of the [redacted]).Desired Settlement: I do not want any kind of money or reparation. I only want other consumers to be aware of this business and how they conduct themselves.
