full upon compltion so I offered her a payment plan at no additional chargeShe gave me a $deposit that dayHer sister came to our office on October **, and paid another $*** *** agreed to pay $in January and February We did the job as outlined in the signed agreementIn November she called to say there was a new leakI sent our head roofer to her home and he sealed all around the chimney at no chargeFor months my office tried to collect the payments from her to no availAt times *** *** used vulgar language with my employeesClaiming another leak, I went to her home again and determined that there was a le ak coming from the siding on the house not from the roofI told her that we would repair the siding if she would just make her paymentsFinally on May *, she came to the office and made a payment of $We are still waiting for the monies owed to us in the amount of $3450. We did in fact complete the job as outlined in the agreement and performed additional work free of chargeI would be happy to send you a copy of the signed agreement if you need it

I feel at least yourcompany could’ve honored the so-called warranty. I still made several attemptsto work it out with your company verbally. I’m responding to you officially to let youand your company know that I am seeking a full refund. I have made severalattempts to resolve this matter verbally with the president of the company ([redacted]) and the office worker [redacted]. The constant response is when can I get paid. First I like to adamantlylet you know I was thankful that you had allowed me to be on a payment plan.However the roofing job done by your company created leaks in my roof that Ididn’t have prior to your company doing work here and work wasn’t done accordingto the contract. And I never complained about that. According to the writtencontract your company was supposed to apply plywood, to the roof edge; whichwasn’t done and has created a major leak inside my home. To clean and re-nailall gutters and leaders wasn’t done and has created a major leaks in my home. Yourcompany was supposed to re-flash existing flash on chimney originally; eventhough, your company did come to re fix it one time; your response to me was asif I needed a chimney company to fix what you had agreed to repair. Also thenew front roof has a major leak in the front of my home. When I’d spoken to [redacted] onMay ** 2014 , “I’d told her about the leaks she told me that they would sendsomeone to check”; although it would take a while because the workers were busybecause of the bad weather and went on to say about how a lot of othercustomers had the same problem. I waitedseveral weeks and got a call about payment with an attitude from some guy inthe office and no response about a repair date. When I saw [redacted] in home depot in eitherNovember or December of 2014, the levelof trust between customer and business had already been violated, “ even thoughhe claimed that he would check what I was talking about”. I was already too appalled by the responses ofyou and your staff along with a constant delayed reaction and had decided torefuse your invitation. Even though the job wasn’t doneright.
