Our granddaughter, *** *** age died Apr 22, Shaffer Funeral Home handled funeral For the viewing, her remains were grotesque
For the viewing, her remains were totally unacceptable Her face and neck were bloated, her mouth was placed in an angry stance, one hand was raised, and hair unkempt We were warned of possible fluid draining from her mouth She simply looked grotesque and totally unlike her appearance
I wrote to Shaffer Funeral Home about this but never received a repy
