I have received the check

*** called me and said she had a leak.I told her I would be happy to come out and check it ,also informed her of the service call whwn I show up.She said that was fineI met up with herlooked over the leaks, Told her there was damage to to roof under rubber roof which is the cover on
roof.I gave estimate on this as plus service charge.We would clean and reseal skylite and moldingsShe claimed she did not have money to get it done so I said she could wait until I was done to collectWe were gracious enough to allow this for her We made appointment to do workAfter job was done she payed me with checkthen had the nerve to ask to hold check for afew days,she did not have the money in the bank to cover checkSo I decided to go ahead and allow this again against my better judgementWe understand if someone has money issue we do try to work with people Then a few days later she called me cussing and screaming calling me all kinds of names .calling my company a half-*** and she wanted all of her money back we had already put her check thru the bank.I told her we were not giving her money back I told here we would fix problems .she had with the joI even told here if we couldn't com to a reasonably fix I would give her a complete roof seal for free,she agreed to thismade an appointment and she said she had a dentist appointment but go aheadI arrived early and got up on the roof and the weather was goodI cleaned all vents and the moldings and sealed up, and prepared for complete roof seal.Went out at later date to finish and couldn do anything for there was ice on roofcant do anything in that kind of situation.Left her a note explaining this to hertelling her I would be back to seal roof when w eather permitted when to my surprise she calls cussing me out, and telling me I am not touching her couch and she wants all of her money back now.She was so loud on phone and cussing me out I couldn't get a word in.so I hung up on herI will be willing give her back as I feel we tried our best with this personWe would also appreacate knowing who the other company waswhen considering she said she couldn't get anyone else to come outWe also contacted the landlord, whom we know and he said he never talked to her and neither did his wifeWe have had no complaints from anyone in any of the rv parks in our areaIf any one wishes to check we have done work in LINCOLNCITY,NEWPORT RV PARKS, Waldport/aLSEA RIVER RV PARKSWE WILL BE HAPPY TO GET REFERENCE FROM EACH AND EVERYON OF THEMdEVIL lAKE RV PARK WHERE SHE IS STAYING WILL BE HAPPY TO TALK TO ANYONEThank you for listening *** *** * *** *** *** contact don at devels lake rv park he is the manager
