I contacted Shaffer's pest Control about a bed bug infestation, he came to my home and we agreed to hire him for his services, he told me that after he sprayed twice if I continued to see the bed bugs he would come back and spray again, I contacted him and told him I am still seeing bed bugs in my living room, he didn't answer his phone so I left a message for him to call me, he never returned my callmy daughter called him and acted like she needed his services and he didn't answer her phone call but called her right back, she then informed him that she was my daughter and that she wanted him to come back to my home to take care of the bed bug problem that he was already paid to take care of, he said he would call her on Tuesday the 10th of April when he was on his way to my home in Marion, Ohio, he never called and he never showed up at my home and I contacted *** whom he is registered on there web site for people to hire him and they said they would contact him to get this re
