I called tax relief for a free consultation, after I gave the rep, Paul T*** my banking info, he stated he would send the forms needed to get the process started
Received the forms and before I submitted the forms (which I still have with me) my bank account was deducted $ I chose to go a different direction and let my CPA try to correct my situation with the IRSI have tried to get my $back from tax relief to no avail, they keep stalling and saying it should be in your account within the next hours and never happens, this has been going on for the last weeksnow they make me feel as though I am bothering them, and paul is nowhere to be found....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!BEWARE!!!!!
